Booking Fee
A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your treatment. Once paid, your booking fee guarantees your appointment slot in your name.

Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ no​tice. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without giving 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the total treatment cost. The outstanding balance must be settled before making any future appointments.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and could incur a charge.

Running Late
I understand that delays can happen. If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full treatment. In such cases, the full cost of your booked service will still apply, and this will be considered a late fee.

Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept bank transfer or cash only.

Refunds
Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, if you are unhappy with your treatment, please contact me within [24–48] hours so I can resolve any concerns.
